What does Asoebi Concierge do?

Think of us as your personal concierge for all things Asoebi. We source Asoebi, collect payments from guests, produce packaging & deliver the Asoebi to all your guests.

How do you work?

I’ve got a wedding next week, can you help me find fabric?

I want to give my friends and families gifts & customized souvenirs, can you help?

We are at your service, let us know what kind of gifts you would like, we will source that for you.

Do you only do Asoebi for weddings?

We are happy to do asoebi for any event. Weddings, funerals, birthdays, you name it! Give us a call on 07014999802.

What other services do you offer?

Aside from Asoebi related services, we are at your service. We will either deliver what you need or connect you to a vendor who will.

Delivery

I just want you to deliver all my invitations, how does that work?

For invitation delivery, we need a list of all your guests & their telephone numbers. If you have their delivery addresses, that would be an added bonus for us. Otherwise, we will reach out to your guests to get their addresses.

Do you deliver outside of Lagos?

Yes we do! We deliver worldwide. Wherever you are, we will reach you. Just share your delivery address with us.

I am a guest of this or that event, do I have to pay extra for delivery?

No, your delivery is included in the cost of your Asoebi. BUT usually our client, your celebrant may only cover the payment for certain locations. For instance, only Lagos delivery may be covered & so you’d have to pay an additional fee to have it delivered to Abuja.

Is pick-up an option?

Yes, we have pickup centres. Let us know where you are located & we’re happy to arrange pick-up if it’s easier for you!

I’m out of town. Can you deliver directly to my tailor?

Yes we definitely can! Please share your tailors name, telephone number & delivery address.

What should I do if my Asoebi order hasn’t been delivered yet?

All payment confirmations will be sent with an estimated delivery date - please allow until this date for your order to arrive. Feel free to contact us on team@asoebiconcierge.com or 0701 499 9802.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes you can. Please inform us by phone or email before the estimated delivery date you were given in your confirmation email.

What happens if you are unable to deliver?

We will contact you and attempt delivery again. After that, your Asoebi be held at one of our pickup centres in Ikeja, VI or Lekki.

Payment & Refunds

What if I don’t want asoebi anymore? Can I get a refund?

Yes you can within a 5-day window. As most clients order Asoebi from the quantity of guests that have paid for it, it is important to let us know ASAP if you no longer want Asoebi. You will receive a refund less N400 for administrative fees.

Can I have a refund after it has been delivered?

After delivery, sales are final. Please note that refunds can only be processed before the final order date specified by the celebrant/event hosts.

What happens if I’m debited twice?

We’ll confirm whether we received the funds twice. If we do, we will definitely refund you. If we don’t, we advise you to ask your bank to trace the funds.

How do I pay?

You can pay online using your debit card or by bank transfer - we will send you payment confirmation via email.

What cards do you accept?

You can pay using MasterCard, Visa, Verve.

I don’t have a Nigerian card. Can I pay with any VISA or MasterCard?

Yes you can pay online via our payment gateway Flutterwave. If you do not have a Nigerian bank account, you can pay to us using Transferwise, WorldRemit or Wave which will send the money to our account directly. Just make sure you put in the right details!

Do I need to create an account to buy asoebi?

No you do not - but why would you want to miss out on all the awesomeness Asoebi Concierge is sending your way?

Where do I get access cards from?

Your access cards will either come with your Asoebi or your invitation. Keep an eye out for them!

Will my personal information be secure when I use this site?

100% yes! We don’t share client or guest information, EVER. Your details are safe with us!
