For invitation delivery, we need a list of all your guests & their telephone numbers. If you have their delivery addresses, that would be an added bonus for us. Otherwise, we will reach out to your guests to get their addresses.
Yes we do! We deliver worldwide. Wherever you are, we will reach you. Just share your delivery address with us.
No, your delivery is included in the cost of your Asoebi. BUT usually our client, your celebrant may only cover the payment for certain locations. For instance, only Lagos delivery may be covered & so you’d have to pay an additional fee to have it delivered to Abuja.
Yes, we have pickup centres. Let us know where you are located & we’re happy to arrange pick-up if it’s easier for you!
Yes we definitely can! Please share your tailors name, telephone number & delivery address.
All payment confirmations will be sent with an estimated delivery date - please allow until this date for your order to arrive. Feel free to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or 0701 499 9802.
Yes you can. Please inform us by phone or email before the estimated delivery date you were given in your confirmation email.
We will contact you and attempt delivery again. After that, your Asoebi be held at one of our pickup centres in Ikeja, VI or Lekki.
Yes you can within a 5-day window. As most clients order Asoebi from the quantity of guests that have paid for it, it is important to let us know ASAP if you no longer want Asoebi. You will receive a refund less N400 for administrative fees.
After delivery, sales are final. Please note that refunds can only be processed before the final order date specified by the celebrant/event hosts.
We’ll confirm whether we received the funds twice. If we do, we will definitely refund you. If we don’t, we advise you to ask your bank to trace the funds.
You can pay online using your debit card or by bank transfer - we will send you payment confirmation via email.
You can pay using MasterCard, Visa, Verve.
Yes you can pay online via our payment gateway Flutterwave. If you do not have a Nigerian bank account, you can pay to us using Transferwise, WorldRemit or Wave which will send the money to our account directly. Just make sure you put in the right details!
